Inspired version of Oud Wood by Tom Ford (Quality B)

Rosewood and cardamom over vetiver, sandalwood and Sichuan pepper, on amber, vanilla and tonka bean. A quiet, smooth oud rather than a smoky one.

• Accords: Woody, Oud, Warm Spicy, Aromatic, Vanilla, Balsamic, Fresh Spicy, Amber, Powdery, Sweet
• Top notes: Brazilian Rosewood, Cardamom
• Middle notes: Vetiver, Sandalwood, Sichuan Pepper
• Base notes: Amber, Vanilla, Tonka Bean

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — deep and long-wearing even at low dilution
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Bukhoor and incense blends — the agarwood holds its shape over heat
• Reed diffusers — one of the stronger performers on reeds
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — expect some discolouration from the vanillin; stable otherwise

Supplied undiluted and alcohol-free. Quality B is our mid raw-material grade: the same scent profile, built on more economical materials, with lighter projection and shorter wear than Quality A.
