Inspired version of Black Orchid by Tom Ford (Quality A)

Truffle and blackcurrant over orchid, gardenia and ylang-ylang, on Mexican chocolate, patchouli and incense. Dark, earthy and utterly unlike anything else.

• Accords: Sweet, Earthy, Balsamic, Cacao, Spicy
• Top notes: Amalfi Lemon, Mandarin Orange, Black Currant, Truffle, Bergamot
• Middle notes: Ylang-Ylang, Jasmine, Spices, Lotus, Orchid, Gardenia, Fruity Notes
• Base notes: Vetiver, Sandalwood, Patchouli, Incense, Vanilla, Mexican Chocolate, White Musk, Amber

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — deep and long-wearing even at low dilution
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Bukhoor and incense blends — the resins and woods take heat well
• Reed diffusers — one of the stronger performers on reeds
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — expect some discolouration from the vanillin; stable otherwise

Supplied undiluted and alcohol-free. Quality A is our highest raw-material grade: the richest materials in the range, giving this oil the strongest projection and the longest wear of the grades we offer it in.
