Inspired version of Oud for Greatness by Initio Parfums Privés (Quality A)

Saffron and nutmeg over a big oud heart, with lavender giving it an unexpected cool edge. Earthy, dense and one of the more modern oud shapes here.

Fragrance notes

• Accords: Warm Spicy, Fresh Spicy, Oud, Lavender, Patchouli, Musky, Leather, Woody, Earthy, Tobacco
• Top notes: Saffron, Nutmeg, Lavender
• Middle notes: Agarwood (Oud)
• Base notes: Patchouli, Musk

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — deep and long-wearing even at low dilution
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Bukhoor and incense blends — the agarwood holds its shape over heat
• Reed diffusers — one of the stronger performers on reeds
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — test first: the oud and leather materials can discolour a pale base

Supplied undiluted and alcohol-free. Quality A is our highest raw-material grade: the richest materials in the range, giving this oil the strongest projection and the longest wear of the grades we offer it in.
