A clean, simple sweetness — spun sugar and light caramel without the butter or cream of a full gourmand. The character is soft and rounded rather than sharp, with a faint powdery quality on the dry-down. It is a blending sweetener more than a standalone: it rounds off harsh edges and adds warmth without introducing a competing note of its own.
