A ready-to-use carrier for reed diffusers. Blend it with fragrance oil at the ratio your formulation calls for; the base travels up the reeds and releases the scent steadily, with none of the alcohol flash-off of a spray. It has very little odour of its own, so it does not interfere with the fragrance.
