Manual Perfume Bottle Crimping Machine

A hand-operated crimping machine for sealing spray pumps onto perfume bottles — also called a perfume bottle crimper, or a manual capping machine.

The lever presses the collar onto the neck of the bottle to give a tight, leak-free seal, with no compressed air and no power supply needed. That makes it practical on a workbench, at a market stall or in a small filling room, and it is usually the first piece of equipment a maker buys when moving from decanting by hand to selling a finished, sealed bottle. Supplied with a 15mm head, and it takes bottles up to 16cm tall.

It seals crimp-on pumps — the kind with a metal collar — rather than screw-thread caps, so check which of the two your bottles are made for before ordering. Bottles, pumps and collars are each sold separately.
