Lemon, bergamot and neroli over hyacinth, clary sage and geranium, on tonka bean, musk and amber. A clean citrus-aromatic that stays polite throughout.

• Soy and paraffin candles — clean burn; keep the load up, since the citrus top fades first in wax

• Reed diffusers — the citrus stays legible on reeds longer than most
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — expect some discolouration from the vanillin; stable otherwise
