Inspired version of Interlude by Amouage (Quality A)

Oregano and pepper over a wall of incense, amber and opoponax, on leather, oud and patchouli. Smoky, enormous and one of the strongest things in the catalogue.

• Accords: Balsamic, Amber, Smoky, Spicy
• Top notes: Bergamot, Oregano, Pepper
• Middle notes: Incense, Amber, Opoponax, Labdanum
• Base notes: Leather, Patchouli, Agarwood (Oud), Sandalwood

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — deep and long-wearing even at low dilution
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Bukhoor and incense blends — the agarwood holds its shape over heat
• Reed diffusers — one of the stronger performers on reeds
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — test first: the oud and leather materials can discolour a pale base

Supplied undiluted and alcohol-free. Quality A is our highest raw-material grade: the richest materials in the range, giving this oil the strongest projection and the longest wear of the grades we offer it in.
