It has a natural, slightly bitter edge that keeps it from reading as synthetic, with a light floral undertone that softens the sharpness without dulling the brightness. The dry-down is brief and clean, as expected from a top-heavy citrus note.
Works well in:
- Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — performs well; citrus character holds better in rinse-off applications than in candles
- Body and perfume oils — effective as a blending top note at standard dilution
- Room sprays — strong immediate impact; well-suited to cleaning and freshness-positioned products
- Reed diffusers — works best blended with mid and base notes to extend longevity
- Wax melts — performs better than in container candles due to lower heat exposure
