Inspired version of Vanilla Powder by Matière Première

Coconut powder and heliotrope over Madagascar vanilla, on vanilla absolute, musk and palo santo. Exactly what the name says: powdery, milky vanilla with no fruit or flower in the way.

Fragrance notes

• Top notes: Coconut Powder, Heliotrope
• Middle notes: Madagascar Vanilla
• Base notes: Vanilla Absolute, White Musk, Musk, Palo Santo, Lactones, Coconut

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — rich and sweet on skin; the base gives it real staying power
• Soy and paraffin candles — strong hot throw; the sweet base reads clearly in wax
• Wax melts and tart warmers — one of the better gourmand performers in a warmer
• Reed diffusers — the florals carry a medium room well
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — expect some discolouration from the vanillin; stable otherwise
