Inspired version of Mon Paris by Yves Saint Laurent

Strawberry and raspberry over datura and jasmine sambac, on a clean patchouli and ambroxan base. Sweet and fruity on top, chypre-dry underneath.

• Top notes: Strawberry, Raspberry, Pear, Calabrian Bergamot, Calone, Tangerine, Orange
• Middle notes: Datura, Peony, Orange Blossom, Jasmine Sambac, Chinese Jasmine
• Base notes: White Musk, Ambroxan, Patchouli, Cedar, Moss, Indonesian Patchouli Leaf, Vanilla

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — well balanced; works as the backbone of a blend
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Wax melts and tart warmers — holds its character well in a warmer
• Reed diffusers — one of the stronger performers on reeds
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — expect some discolouration from the vanillin; stable otherwise
