Cognac and cinnamon over oak and tonka bean, closing on praline and vanilla. Boozy, warm and distinctly cold-weather.

Fragrance notes

• Accords: Woody, Warm Spicy, Sweet, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Amber, Powdery
• Top notes: Cognac
• Middle notes: Cinnamon, Tonka Bean, Oak
• Base notes: Praline, Vanilla, Sandalwood

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — well balanced; works as the backbone of a blend
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Wax melts and tart warmers — holds its character well in a warmer
• Reed diffusers — one of the stronger performers on reeds
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — stable, but test first: the spice can discolour a pale base
