Inspired version of Pour Femme by Lacoste

A peppery floral — hibiscus, jasmine and violet over labdanum, incense and suede. Powdery and soft-spoken, with more depth in the base than the opening suggests.

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — deep and long-wearing even at low dilution
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw with a warm, resinous room note
• Bukhoor and incense blends — the resins and woods take heat well
• Reed diffusers — the florals carry a medium room well
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — test first: the oud and leather materials can discolour a pale base
