A bright, tart cranberry note — sharply fruity with the natural acidity of fresh cranberry rather than a sweetened juice interpretation. The top is crisp and tangy, with a faint watery juiciness that keeps it from reading as candy. There's a subtle berry-skin bitterness in the dry-down that adds depth and stops it sitting flat.
