Warm, spicy, and richly aromatic — cardamom here leads with its characteristic eucalyptus-like freshness before settling into a deep, resinous spice. There's a slight sweetness underneath, but the overall profile is dry and complex rather than gourmand. It carries well as both a standalone note and as a bridge between citrus tops and heavy oriental bases.
