Ambroxan (Perfume Fixative & Booster)

A synthetic amber material with a warm, musky, faintly mineral character and enormous staying power. In small quantities it works as a fixative, slowing the evaporation of lighter materials so the whole composition lasts longer; used generously it stops being a fixative and becomes the scent itself.
