The opening is sharp and green, drying down to a warmer, woody-herbal base. It's a grounding note that adds depth and authenticity to aromatic, fougère, and Mediterranean-inspired compositions.
Works well in:
- Reed diffusers and room sprays — clean, herbal projection at moderate usage rates
- Melt-and-pour and cold process soap — stable, a natural fit for herbal, botanical, and masculine bar formulations
- Body and perfume oils — skin-safe at standard dilution, effective in aromatic fougère and fresh herbal blends
- Soy and paraffin candles — works best as a supporting note alongside lavender, citrus, or woody bases
