Warm, deep, and boldly sensual — this is amber with a pronounced animalic edge: rich and resinous at the core, with a skin-like, musky warmth that gives it real presence and intimacy. It's heavier and more complex than a standard resinous amber, with a slightly earthy, beeswax-adjacent quality in the dry-down that adds depth without becoming harsh.
Works well in:
- Body and perfume oils — skin-safe at standard dilution, a natural fit for oriental, oud, and Arabic perfumery formulations
- Bukhoor blends — pairs naturally with oud, rose, and resinous bases for traditional and contemporary Arabic compositions
- Soy and paraffin candles — strong hot throw, performs well as a feature base note
- Wax melts and tart warmers — high diffusion, projects warmly at low temperatures
- Reed diffusers and room sprays — use at moderate rates; projects boldly
