Inspired by Tresor Midnight Rose (Lancôme)

Raspberry and rose over cassis, pink pepper and peony, on vanilla, musk and cedar. Fruity, pink and cheerful, with a soft woody landing.

Fragrance notes

• Accords: Fruity, Rose, Sweet, Soft Spicy, Aromatic, Fresh, Woody, Green, Floral, Musky
• Top notes: Raspberry, Rose
• Middle notes: Cassis, Pink Pepper, Peony, Jasmine
• Base notes: Vanilla, Musk, Virginia Cedar

Works well in:

• Body and perfume oils — full and long-lasting; strong enough to lead a blend on its own
• Soy and paraffin candles — good hot throw; the florals stay legible in soy wax
• Room and linen sprays — bright and clean on application
• Reed diffusers — the florals carry a medium room well
• Cold process and melt-and-pour soap — expect some discolouration from the vanillin; stable otherwise

Supplied undiluted and alcohol-free, in two raw-material grades. The scent profile is the same in each; the grade sets the materials, and with them the projection and wear:

• Quality A: the richest materials, with the strongest projection and the longest wear.
• Quality B: the most economical materials, with the lightest projection and the shortest wear.
