Heat to about 70–75 °C, cool to around 60–65 °C, add fragrance oil at 6–10% and stir for two minutes. Pour at roughly 50–55 °C into room-temperature vessels and cure for at least a week before burning. Because flakes trap air, a full bag weighs less than it looks, so measure by weight rather than by volume. For a flat top on a large jar, pour a little cooler and warm the glass first.

Specifications

Form: White flakes

Melting point: 45–65 °C

Acid value: ≤ 3.0 mg KOH/g

Heavy metals: Lead ≤ 1 mg/kg

Peroxide value: ≤ 0.1 g/100 g

Sold in 1kg, 5kg and 25kg; orders ship across the UAE in 1 to 3 working days.
